Easter
So I know this post is looong overdue, but I'm really far behind and wanted to get these pictures on the blog so they will make it into my annual scrapbook. I'm so glad my sister-in-law, Marisa, is always on the ball bringing her camera and snapping such great shots of everyone!
On Easter my Aunt Margie organized a cousins get together at a nearby park. We had a great dinner and then water guns were provided for all the grandkids to be able to have a little fun.
Could Adaira crowd her cousin Connor a little more while she impatiently waits her turn at the drinking fountain?
It was slightly chilly for Ms. Daisy and we had forgotten to throw her blanket in her car seat with her, so she was wrapped in Brighton's sweater...
Cousin Paige (Dean's oldest) is such an amazing young woman (almost, she turns 12 this summer). Pretty much perfect at everything, including being a responsible big sister and cousin!

It was a fun little picnic and nice to spend time with family. After it was over DJ & Rachele announced to my parents that they were pregnant with baby #5, another girl. Poor Riggs! We are all excited for them. Their three girls are already over the moon that there will be a baby in the house this August.

Just look at how happy those kids are! This is kind of gross, but Brighton decided it was faster to put water in his mouth and then blow it through his straw into his empty Capri Sun package, and then squirt it at people...Yuck!

I decided to get involved without a gun, I just stood by the drinking fountain and splashed water on the kids that came to fill up their guns. I love Adaira's big laughing face in the picture below.
Does Adaira have a fashion sense all of her own or what?
