Miss Daisy
Daisy you are so fun. I love watching you run almost straight legged down the hallway with your arms flapping. Your excitement at life and your emerging personality is such a blessing to observe. You make me smile and laugh often. Your laughs are getting louder and more obnoxious in the sweet way that children's laughs do when they are wanting the play to continue. You still take two 2-3hr naps a day and almost never cry when going down or waking up. You just sit there and nuzzle your blanket to your lips and turn your head side to side so your lips can run along your soft velvety blanket. Such a cute thing to watch. I can't get you out of the crib now without you pointing back at your blanket and fussing until I pick it up to take it with us. As I walk you down the hallway to your room for naptime, sometimes you recognize what we are doing and start to fuss a little, but as soon as your blanket gets close you stop fussing and just want me to cover you with it from head to toe. Such fun little quirks that I can't get enough of.
I realized I haven't taken any cute bath time pictures of you, so here they are. You LOVE baths. You like to lay down, even when the water is a little too deep, and put your head in just enough to cover your ears. Then you look at me and smile at the sounds of the underwater world.
Sometimes I only fill the bathtub up about 4inches and let you play to your hearts content. If I leave to do something in the other room for too long, you'll excuse yourself from the tub to come see what I'm doing.
If I don't wrap you up right away when you get out, you stand there acting like you are cold and holding your arms close to your chest and turn your back to me so I'll wrap the towel around you.
Sometimes I take the towel off and tell you to go find your Daddy to get you dressed.
Daisy we love you to death. All of us. Brighton and Adaira love to dote on you and Dale loves to wrestle with you (more than you like wrestling with him). We love having you in our family.
You like to steal the remotes and cause trouble, when I or anyone else howls out your name because you've changed the channel, you just start to run/waddle away laughing.

Sometimes you run off when I don't want you to and you think it's funny.
But when your feet are wet you slip A LOT on the tile, and you don't think that's very funny at all.Daisy we love you to death. All of us. Brighton and Adaira love to dote on you and Dale loves to wrestle with you (more than you like wrestling with him). We love having you in our family.
